It is the mission of the Southern Oregon Terrier Association is to support all aspects of the ownership of the purebred Terrier, promote the responsible breeding and exhibition of the purebred Terrier and preservation of breed characteristics, celebrate and encourage through programs and activities the unique bond we develop with healthy and well socialized dogs, and to advocate for the rights to own, train, breed, exhibit, and enjoy our purebred dogs.
